Meet Your Dentist in Owens Cross Roads, AL: Dr. Courtney LaForte
Dr. Courtney E. LaForte was born and raised in Texas but fell in love with the Southeast while obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Alabama.
Following her passion for health and wellbeing, she moved back home to study and later receive a Doctorate of Dental Science from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas.
Though she loved her time in Texas, Dr. LaForte waited all of two days after graduating to marry her college sweetheart, Brent, and happily return to Alabama to begin her career as a General Dentist. She now strives to educate her patients on the importance of oral healthcare and provide comprehensive and personalized treatment to improve her patient’s health and quality of life. Furthermore, she loves having the opportunity to form long-lasting relationships with every patient she meets. She and her husband live with their two daughters and an ever-increasing number of farm animals. In their free time the couple enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. LaForte is a member of the American Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, and the Huntsville-Madison Dental Society.
