- Intraoral cameras: This dental technology is a diagnostic tool that allows us to view different angles of the mouth. These images are projected on a monitor. Not only do intraoral cameras permit us to get a better view of dental problems, but it also allows us to show these images to our patients in real-time. We want our patients to be educated during the treatment process so they can feel more confident and comfortable.
- Digital impressions: Modern digital impressions offer improved treatment planning. More traditional dental impressions use a thick putty material. Digital impressions are a more comfortable alternative for patients. Instead of using dental mold putty, we use a handheld scanning camera to capture digital impressions. These impressions can be saved and shared with local dental labs.
