What is Root Canal Therapy?
Root canal therapy is cleaning and shaping of the internal structure of the tooth root. Root canal therapy has come a long way from the feared procedure it once way. Many patients feel it is very similar to a long filling appointment. Most patients feel sore for a day or two after treatment, and then return quickly to normal. After root canal therapy teeth usually need to be crowned to prevent breakage. In certain, cases root canal therapy and the crown can be completed in just 1 visit! This often saves you time and discomfort!
